Choose Your Dream Property
Don’t see what you’re looking for? Call us to talk! Want to see the land first? No worries! You are welcome to go take a look at the land whenever you please! You should find the GPS coordinates and a Google Maps link on the property-specific page. The GPS coordinates are not exact- they are from the county GIS Mapping System. These coordinates will get you within a few feet of the property corners.
Pay Down Payment & Doc Fee
This reserves the land for you and we take it off the market once you have completed this payment. The down payment is your first property payment. This will count against the principal balance that you owe on the land. The document fee or closing fee is the cost of the closing itself. This fee varies based on the price of the land. For your specific property, check the property page for the amount. We use a secure payment processor “Geekpay” to process payments. You can make this first payment with a credit card or debit card. We can take the card info over the phone or we can send you a secure payment link!
Closing Make it yours!
Once the down payment and doc fee are paid, we will draft the legal documents for you to sign. We will send you the documents via our online signature platform, signnow.com. You will be able to sign with your phone or with your computer. The documents you sign are crucial, outlining the entire process. They include a Land Sales Contract, a Purchase-Sale Agreement, and a Promissory Note. We’ll collect your bank info for automatic monthly payments through Geekpay, our secure payment processor, where you can log in anytime to manage your loan, make payments, or update your information. Once the final payment is made, we’ll deed the property to you and record it with the county.
